How quickly can you deliver?

Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered the same day. Orders after 5 PM will be delivered the same day if possible, otherwise the order will be delivered next business day. Emergency deliveries may be available for urgent needs.

What stores do you shop at?

We shop at all major local retailers including Walmart, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Home Depot, Lowe's, and many local businesses throughout the Lake Martin area.

How do I change my plan?

Current members can upgrade or downgrade their plans anytime through the Member Portal. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What if items are out of stock?

We'll text you with substitution options or alternatives. You can also specify preferred substitutes in your order notes, or we can skip unavailable items.

Is there a delivery minimum?

No minimums ever! All our plans include unlimited orders regardless of size. Order a single item or a cart full of groceries - it's all included.

How do payments work?

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You pay exact in-store prices for items plus your monthly plan fee. We pre-authorize your card before shopping and charge only what we spend.
